Step 18: Hold the spacebar at all times during combat. Flying around makes you look more imposing, and can scare off more cowardly foes.
Step 19: Cover is for wimps. Charging straight at an enemy with your weapons firing is the best way to win a fight. Any time spent dodging or hiding is time that could be better spent shooting.

Step 19 also appears in "The Manly Man's Guide To Manning Your Mech." Right after "If you are not overheating, you are not shooting enough," and before "Remember: A mech with a windscreen means that your opponent will be intimidated by the sight of your manly visage."
There is also an entry about how real men store their ammunition directly under their seat, but I think that is referring to a different kind of mech.

Especially for otlo, as he forgot to mention the main step he's using in his list in present matches 
Step 20: If enemy is using Air Compressor offense him as fuzzy bunny, fuzzy bunny fuzzy, bunny fuzzy bunny, cheater, lamer or noob. Especially if you're playing as SharpShooter or Reaper and can't aim good enought to shoot him down. When you die each time as you encounter him, don't forget that you need to whine a good amount of time to make him leave the server, so you will take the best safe place to camp and be the first. Only in this way you make sure, that your e-pen can reach MMR over 9.000 in small amount of time without any issues or obstacles.
