Attention pilots!HAWKEN services will be unavailable on 9/9/13 at 10:00PM PT (GMT-7) to deploy the HAWKEN: Ascension update.

This includes game servers, client access, and web services.HAWKEN services will be down for approximately 19 hours. We expect to have all services returned to normal by 5:00PM PT on 9/10/13.

***UPDATE 1***

We are still working on deploying the HAWKEN: Ascension update. However, we are expecting services to remain unavailable past the original estimated end time of 5:00PM. In the meantime, any players that participated in the Community Playtest will be able to continue playing.

We will provide more information as it becomes available.

***UPDATE 2***

The update process is still ongoing. We estimate a minimum of 3 to 4 hours remain until the process is complete and services are once again available. As always, we will continue to provide updates as soon as we are able.

We encountered an issue where players were able to log into the game prematurely. We are still in the process of testing the update and will allow players to log in and play once we are confident the patch is stable.

***UPDATE 4***

Due to an emergent problem with the party system, the patch is being delayed until we can correct the issue.

We sincerely apologize for this delay, but we're committed to upholding our quality standards and would not be satisfied with releasing the patch in its current state.

More information will be released later in the day (Wednesday, 9/11 PDT) as we continue to work on solving this problem.

We are pleased to announce that we have resolved the problem affecting the party system.

We are currently finishing up the testing process, and we expect to have the patch in your hands later this evening.

We are pleased to announce that HAWKEN: Ascension is now live.
