Because even looking at the numbers it pretty over the top. And the "learn2aim" argument doesn't work in a game where average ping in your own region varies between 60-100 on normal days and on bad days 100-150. And not to forget that this game has something definitely wrong with it. If i can run warframe on low graphic and I can't run hawken on low(by the way warframe low graphics are way better then hawken low graphics) then it screwed up. And even without the ping the scout is fuzzy bunny screwed up.

Good points. In East lobbies, where I now float around 100-110ms, I have to lead my hitscan shots against fast moving A targets at range. B's and C's are not a problem.
