tried every single suggestion here. nothing has worked. maybe i've messed up with the instructions_ i'm about to uninstall

Please help me! I pretty much understand everything except for the part about copying and pasting the XINPUT1_3.dll into my system 32 and SysWow64 inside windows. Please dumb that down extremely for me, I have no idea what a system 32 or SysWow64 is.

I know but I cont know how to get to the apps nvm I figured it out, in the actual folder not in the steam library app/.
