It should be for both walking and boosting. You can quickly check it, where the internals are above the HP bar, when they highlight during either walking or boosting. I'll double check it myself. The descriptions are quite vague imo.

Doesn't affect boosting. It was removed for boosting because when Ascension rolled out, it was very broken (but funny). You had scouts that were so fast they skipped frames.

I play about the same as Memag, and score about the same.
I'm fine with my current playing style.

I'm doing the final touches to the guide. It's been fully re-edited.

Me and Meraple have been wracking our brains on what to put in it.

We have added play styles recently and also my predator build / setups.
