Do projectiles inherent velocity components from side dashing_

Simple question, difficult to explain.

If I fire a TOW, for example, during a side dash will its trajectory be perfectly perpendicular to the dash, or will it be slightly diagonal in the direction of the dash like you would expect in a Newtonian system_
On second thought let's not go to #hawkenscrim. Tis a silly place.

Your TOW will fly to where your crosshair was when you pressed the fire button.

No, the momentum in this game is not that complex. If you fire a rocket, it will fly straight from where you shot it. No other momentum is added to it from the movement of your mech.
