Argh the alpha 2 closed_ Well, i have a fuzzy bunny computer right now anyway. training doesnt lagg too much but online does,im getting a new computer on 26 october,my birthday:D just in time for the beta.

Funny thing, I went to the Hawken Twitter page, not being a Twitter member. I floolwed a few of the links to other pages and found a working code, all within the span of 5 minutes. It is not that hard to just look for a code being given freely. Sure most have been used by the mob, but there are some pages that post only 2-5 codes total, not an hour, that have active codes because nobody is checking them. Everyone is looking at @GTTVShow on Twitter, where they were posting 3 codes an hour. I looked at another page that I cannot recall at the moment, and there were codes posted several hours ago. I grabbed one of them, and it had not been used. So do not dispair, for if you cannot find a working code, try someplace that people are NOT watching.

And because people are still mentioning it, there are SEVERAL Closed Beta periods, not just the one. So chill out, look where nobody else is, and you might just get into one.

Awesome,i was in the alpha=auto beta woohoo! and im getting a new computer on exactly 26th october,and the new bond movie comes out...one of the best days of all time for me:) Thanks for this opportunity Meteor Entertainment .

Well, seems cool...haven' played this since I am not in Alpha 2 or what have you, but it looks very fun! Hope I will get a beta key (crosses toes, fingers, eyes)! Been playing beta for MWO and that one needs some help (using crappy Cry engine), but it is fun. Saw Hawken and I think it will fill my need for more fast paced mech warfare! Go Hawken!

Anyone know what time the beta will open, I assume 12.00am, and specifically the timezone used, will it be GMT, US EDT, PDT, etc.

are we gonna be able to download the client before the beta. I have a Cap on my internet and its slow. I don't want it to happen like last time.
I spent most of my alpha downloading.
