No, you shouldn't be penalized, but you NOT playing cannot be called a penalty, its simple..... if you play you get better, if you dont play you DONT get better, and if you DONT play that means that you are just not cut out for what this game demands, this is NOT GOOD ENOUGH to allow people to "skip" the grind and pop some cash into it, if you only have a few hours to play per day, well i guess you need a change of schedule, and if you feel that the game is not important enough to do that, well then you shouldnt be here. And it isnt about people with less time being "penalized" for not playing, it is called FAIR PLAY, that is what separates PROs from CASUALS, and PROs do NOT want to play on the same server as casuals because there are different skill levels at work, that is how games used to be until people decided that its worth allowing micro-transactions so that kids can accidentally buy something they have no use of and be forced to buy something they need by paying again, its a marketing scheme (sidetracking detected, resuming previous patterns). And if you want more proof on this go check out how BF2 was back in the day, because that is how it should be...... us pros should NOT have to deal with whiny kids that wish to announce their every kill on comms, its even worse when you are the one with children on your team, you start to lose, you can see that you will NOT win because every single dumb kid has to look for the shift key on the keyboard to dodge, and you know what sucks about it, is that you know that you are better than the whole enemy team and that you could beat the entire team if you had just one competent teammate....... but you cant, because micro transactions allowed noobs to stay with games for longer....
