Click my sig for videos on all the mechs. I go over all the basic piloting techniques and go over the weapons in fairly good detail on how to use them an their usage in relation to the mech it's used on. Might help you get some info on the weapons before you buy one, next time.

I used to think the vulcan was terrible on the assault, but when you get used to it and its ranges compared to the SMC it tears up fuzzy bunny
