Hi I wanted to bump this thread. I sent in my request at the link given and was sent a confirmation in the mail but after a week I got nothing. I really hate to let my old name go.

Your old account isn't going anywhere, right now you are in queue waiting for someone to get to your issue. All you can do is wait patiently. Also posting on the forums won't speed up your wait time with support as the two are completely separate entities
