For everyone else who might wonder how you get your ingame content after purchasing a Hawken bundle on Steam:
There is a section in the description of the bundle that is titled "Redeeming a Bundle Code". Just follow the instructions described in that section and you'll get your ingame content once you've redeemed the code.
