I activate it. But if I go to forum I have this error.

I wrote to support but 10 days ago and they not answered and not help.

Well, today is Independence day (a public holiday in the USA) so you probably have to wait until Monday.

You should delete your e-mail address in the previous posts for 3 reasons.

First, nobody on the forums needs that info.  Only the support team, and you aren't talking with them at this moment.  Second, you are just asking for spam, and lastly with knowing the account user name, one could try to brute force your account password if they wanted to try.

Correct, the support team does not respond to issues using the forums, you have to file a support ticket and wait until they get to you.
