Ok so I am building another Brawler(named TITAN) to add in my collection,I was curious about internal set up u guys are using.I have one fully leveled up though never actually stuck into playing one,but kinda want to level up one more
If I remember correctly my set up is Advansed Armor Fusor+Deflectors+Composite Armor.

it's depend on your play style ,i'm not good in Brawler
i use 2-slot fail safe , 2-slot Adv.armor fus. 1-slot deflector , 1-slot fuel converter .

forgot to mention that I am planning to use only Flak Canon.And for items Shield+Heal Orb.

for internal it also depend on you , shield is good choice for C class , basically i use EMP . since C-class has huge health ,also sometimes may be you will have tech .so it's ok for me . i use EMP to destroy the enemy Shield as well other pilot

Extractor might be nice if you're using health orbs so you don't have to sit on it as long. I use armor fuser and reconstructor but I'm still learning the Brawler too.

No, its not it suck. i play scout so whenever i see brawler. i go after it cuz its a easy target you just jump on it dance around it with scout.

Brawlers are devastating with support. Don't underestimate them.

That being said, I have a couple loadouts for them. If I'm planning to use it for TDM or MA (or joining a PUG where I expect to not have good support), I generally fit out with all 2 slot Deflectors/Extractor/Fusor and use Flak. Basically I'm looking to corner poke as much as possible, so deflectors increase the effective HP while remaining mobile.

If I'm doing Siege or will have good backup, I go for 2 slot Extractor/Repair Kit/Fusor and use Vulcan. Repair orbs are also a big plus on this config. It's designed to sit on a point in turret mode for as long as possible using sustained fire to scare opponents off of it. Keep in mind that you NEED A or B class support for this config; most A class mechs will eat this thing alive since you lack deflectors to give you mobility and should spend a lot of time in turret mode. The same internals + repair orbs can be used with the SA Hawkins and allow you to act as a turret just off a point at range. Again, you'll need support for if you get jumped by faster mechs.

GhostMecht,mate in high tiers C's rule the world and not even one good player will be caught without cover,and even if he does he will change the rules of the game by finding one fast enough..

Lol, you've obviously never seen a good Brawler.
A good Brawler eats A and B classes alive.


I use Deflectors, Evasive Device and Fuel Converter on mine.
Stomping in pubs 24/7, lol.

I love my fat scout (flak brawler) and I'd be happy to share my setup. Not sure if my play style would suit you, but the internals I run are basic fuel converter, evasive device and air compressor. Yeah, I know that an AC on a brawler is odd but it helps keep my piloting smooth. Again that's just me. Also my items are a shield, detonator, and repair charge.

Also, if a scout can easily take out a brawler, then that brawler pilot is inexperienced. The last thing I would want to face a veteran brawler in is a scout.

i like it slow
i like moving forward no matter whats there and they are panicing some retreat, the brave ones who go to the brawler only reduce the moral of the rest, leaving me and them plenty of time to soak in the domination as it happenes rather than those burst battles where you realise how awesome it was afterward, but quickly dismiss it cause the next battle is comming up
