Can you describe your problem in more detail_ Did you get an error code and error message when you try to login or did you get stuck at the account syncing process after the login_

Computer stats aren't needed here, try re-entering or resetting your password if it doesn't work. Double check you have no typos in eiher and make sure caps lock isn't on. Also what ReEvolve said

try to change your IP Address !! may be it will help you .
or , the hawken is blocked by your Antivirus
or, you can forward the port manually
or, try to delete (make a back up ) Hawken save file which is located --my document ->My games->Hawken
