Who can i contact to get a support ticket that is 4 months old_ Was reading an article and said they lost pretty much almost all their staff so just hoping there is someone taking care of the tickets.

Yeah, support is gone.

Heh, I wish I could help with the support tickets. So, no, I can't help anyone with that but I do know solutions for quite a few of Hawken's technical problems (which is probably the reason why Arevizz posted that).

I reported a hacker 4 days ago... no response. The only other time I used the support system, they got back to me within 4 hours.
And it turned out that all I needed to do was reset my ini's.
