Siege mode: 4 full energy tanks, only 1 gets repleted when offloading it.
Severity: 2-3 >>> Gameplay affecting though probably only for inexperienced players. Players are likely to notice it and adapt they playstyle accordingly.
Reproduction: load multiple energy tanks with use of the energy trees or by picking it up (those green "orbs"). Then offload them at the base of your team. Once one tank has been depleted, your mech will be put onto the floor again with energy left in the tanks.

Not a bug, you only needed a small amount of energy to launch the ship at that time. If you look at the top of the screen it tells you amount left to collect before launch. Once full the battleship launches and you can't transfer any more energy until it is destroyed or completes its mission.

Once the battleship launches, you keep any amount of energy still in your tank, and you can't offload it until either your ship hits their base, or is destroyed.
