FPS drop streaming

I tried to stream my Hawken games, but the fps drops significantly when I'm streaming.
The fps rate didn't improve while setting the graphics settings to the lowest settings possible.

You might say: well buy better computer hardware if you wish to stream.
But that shouldn't be an issue on the hardware side.

Because I can stream games like Starcraft 2, Dota 2, Borderlands 2 without a noticeable fps drop while they are on the highest settings!

Anyways, my computer specs are:
CPU: Intel core i5 2400 (@ 3.1 GHz)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6850
RAM: 4 GB DDR3 @ 1333 MHz

And I'm using XSplit Broadcaster to stream.
Does the set of all sets contain itself_
