if nothing else, gif it. maybe a reason for no releasing it. especially if it's the ugly CB thruster for the Vanguard Initiative that doesn't shift with "physics". one (albeit small) reason i didn't hit the credit card for even the Bronze

I'd say that it may be a good marketing scheme. Get the thruster pack, and get that final thruster with it.
And is a limited time offer. x)

If you're talking about the vanguard initiative thruster then I am strongly against it. It was bought with the intent to be exclusive, and should remain that way.

allowing the pilot to select the color of the thruster is a good idea. Only in between a set of colors based on eye-candy only thus not any color which could give you some sort of advantage... you know.
Additionally, might be also cool a new related option, one to auto-change your thruster color depending what main color theme the map is during rotations. Just a checkbox and only in case you have purchased (or whatever will be the possibilities and way...) different colors for your thrusters. Just an idea, as usual.

Yeah me too. Makes me nuts when I can't change it cuz I can't afford to get one that does. Arggghhh.

J, I assume you are making an offhand comment and aren't actually upset about a cosmetic skin that has no value, but every time I see an offhand racist, homophobic, etc. remark when playing a video game I have to say it's wrong, just like I would in real life.

So much this.
Not only the exhaust flame but also the thruster part itself too.
If I use any of the paints that make the metal parts slightly darker and use a thruster with a lighter shade of grey in it, it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Dude screw having exclusive stuff. If you bought the Vanguard initiative your names already in the credits. That's good enough. All those sweet delicious drones and skins and thrusters all need to be for sale. Cmon man it's not fair I had a terrible job 2 years ago and couldnt drop 60 bucks for that sweet booty. I want the snow man drone and welder drone </3. Please josh I'll give you my bank act number if you make this happen.
