Hi, 

 

I am experiencing this problem for like last 2 months. Game freezes randomly and stays freezed until i push ctrl + alt + del and see windows menu then push esc to return back to game. After a few times sound goes off and game plays fluid than before. 

 

I have reinstalled the game, updated drivers, go over forums about freeze problems yet it didn't solved.

 

Also another thing, game crashes when i am on victory screen of a team deathmatch game with last kill (not carousel) and with sharpshooter; if i click middle button of mouse, game goes off with crash report screen.

 

Thats all.

Afaik, the sharpshooter zoom crash is a known bug.

Also, I'd suggest you to check on whether your GPU&CPU fans have any dirt  or not..

 

you may also visit www.piriform.com and download the free tool specy so you can alt+tab while into the game and check if the heat of your hardware is normal, high, critical or beyond...
