Have the devs abandoned the players who use "older" PCs without DX11 or what? 

Everytime I try to play Hawken, it crashes with a message like:

 

Fatal error!

 

Address = 0x98a99ce  (filename not found) 

Address = 0x56ba88b0 (filename not found) 

Address = 0x3eefccb0 (filename not found) 

Address = 0x3eefccb0 (filename not found) 

 

After some searches, I found out they made Hawken DX11 reliant, so poor souls (like me) are unable to play their fav game.

Is this going to be 'resolved' or are we going to be ignored?

There are no plans to support non-DX11 cards.

 

The issue you are experiencing is related to your configuration files, not DX11.

 

Please contact customer support and they will address your issues in the future.
