My question to everyone is this:

 

Can you think of a logical argument against eating poop in public, from the legal point of view? What could you tell poop-eater activists who want to legalize eating poop in public to make them rest their case?

 

I mean, poop can be theoretically made safe for consumption by introducing special safety standards for poop-in-a-bag producers, and it can be made smell-less as well. And even if it does smell � so does cigarette smoke, and no one bats an eye.

 

What do you think?

There should be a distinction between what's public poop and what is private.

 

Public poop should only be eaten by 1 person at a time. Two people eating it is simply obscene.

Also the viscosity should be above 300 kilopascalseconds (slightly above peanut butter) if consumed without aiding instruments such as a funnel, as to make the possible viewing experience the most tolerable and aesthetic.

Also the poop must not contain any illegal substances.

 

 

Private poop would not be affected by any regulations other than the exclusion of illegal substances. Private poop is defined by the area it is consumed in, namely private property. This means you can enjoy a scoopful of poop with your friends in your front yard if you so wish.

There are some strains of intestinal bugs - c.difficile comes to mind - which are best treated by eating other people's poop.

Such thing in public is always be aganist.

 

BUT, depends.

 

Its smell--IDK if it hurts ppl heath, but it smell quit badly.   Even stronge perfume is somehow being against, how about that. ---not saying alergic issues. Some ppl are sensitive to stronge smells. --it could be harmful.

 

And how it looks--depends on how to eat it, for example, with a spoon, approperate packaged, eating nicely and gentally, it should be acceptable. 

 

And it certainly should be healthy to the person himself, or it will be like someone hurting themselves in public, its bad.

 

In Canada, alcohol shops will provid you paper bags, and if you just hold a bottle on the street, ppl call 911. It has something we can apply to the poop eaters story.

  Law is full of bugs, ppl trying to find one, some others eagering to fix one almost every day, its writen in letters and words--those are something dead.

  Law only provids the basic idea, athorities should be ethically and carefully applying the fact with the law. NOT all ethic is written in laws, and so

  it should not.

People who eat doodoo are very happy/crazy. They named sh17-eating grin after those folks. Due to public health I'd say it's banned. Eating feces is how you get dysentery. If they won't let people have non-pasteurized milk, I doubt fuzzy bunny will fly. Write a letter to Rand Paul, maybe he'd champion sh17-eating.
