Quick, simple and straight foward:

 

 

Offer unranked game rooms that do not influence MMR so I can finally play my battle tech or my CQC Seekerteer without having to worry about being placed in less skilled game rooms.

 

Plus it should devide up casual players from the tryhards so additionally I can finally relax and stop flaming my team because they don't have a fuzzy bunnyNG idea about what they are doing.

 

 

Doesn't even require much resources, just tell the servers to not influence mmr.

You know, someone is going to say "why care about MMR and have fun!". I predict it now.

 

But on the topic, I semi-agree to this - I would prefer it if it placed you in brackets depending on your skill like the "Leagues" in "League of Legends". Blocking out MMR in normal lobbies is an easy way to get very unbalanced matches.

I think that the main argument to this would be that it would divide the player base. Outside of that I think its a brilliant way to keep competitive folk separated from casual folk. Also, I do like to go Rambo often after a long day at work. Rambo doesn't tend to increase my MMR... It'd be nice to not have to worry about breaking my MMR by jumping recklessly into the mosh pit.

Nono, for team balancing, MMR is still used but in the end of the match, MMR is not influenced/changed.

Play Coop TDM, it will change your life :

- you can try new things without changing your MMR

- you can stomp without feeling bad

- when you choose an empty server it's balanced for your MMR the best it can

- you can go 10 bots TDM for EVEN MOAR FUN

- there is always a server where you can play

No, you got it completely wrong. If we did so only the best would stay and all others would leave. However if MMR was blocked for the public eye long ago, we would have far less problems.

Huh. I thought Coop TDM affects MMR, even if only considering how well you do compared to the other human members of your team.
