Intel HD2000 Chip ... with minimal G-Set´s ... around 15-25 frames ...

(CPU Pentium B960 2.2GHz - 4GB Ram 64Bit Win10 - Medion Low Price 17"Laptop)

... u can Play Hawken with that Machine but sometimes it isnt fun. ...

Geforce 8800Gts ... i tryed to Play with 11diffrent Graphicsettings ... alltime crashed down.

sometimes after some seconds, sometimes i can play 1 1/2 Rounds tdm ...

(CPU Intel Core2Duo 2,8Ghz - 2GB Ram 64Bit Win7 - older Destop PC)

... the Problem can be that 2GB Ram arent a lot ...

feel free to post u´r hints here in this threat.

Intel HD 4000 masterrace. Still get fps of 40 upwards when walking around not doing much.

Can drop to 20~ when in an intense firefight, pretty detrimental to your perceptiveness. This is with all graphical options at low + extra tweakings in the config.

Look around the forums for Plastic Hawken config. That will lower the GPU requirement somewhat.

You should be able to get a GTX 750 or 750 ti for around $100. I'm no expert, but the 2GB ram could also be a limiting factor.

Minimum requirements include 512 mb of Vram and 3 gb of ram with a 2 ghz processor. Looks like you don't have enough ram. I'd recommend no less than 4 gb.

Here's some cheap ram:

>> my Future HW Specs >>

Schenker W724 mobile Workstation ... Intel Core i7 4810mQ ... 16Gb DDR3 1866MHz Ram ... Nvidia Geforce GTX 980M with 8Gb ...HD1 240Gb Sata3 sdd HD2 is the same. ... i think it would be enough for my work and to play hawken ;) ...

maybe i upgrade to a Cuda Gpu after a Year or so ... and enhance the rest of the laptop (more Ram more HD Storage...)

...

It´s definetly the Ram at my second testmachine (not my old desktop) ... the First lowbudget notebook is also not owned by me, but tested ;)

TheGts8800 is strong enough to play smooth if the other parts (Cpu/Ram/HD Sata or HD PCI-E) are powerful ... for older destops it can be a good option to add a HD SSD PCI-E with a small size ...

...

I know that CellShading Tweak, but hey it should look awesome otherwise i can play on my msx64 from sanyo.

...

CHEERS´n Stomp HAWKR´s. cya.

oh and here are some good news also >> http://hothardware.c...notebooks-in-q4

intel also throws out this year the xeon mobile cpu´s. ... & & & ... so again the expensive hw would change it´s price.

I play on a NVIDIA GTX 540m and I never dip below 60 fps. Also, don't forget that the CPU also have an impact on your performance!

What FPS will a gtx 960m and gtx 970m have on low setting?

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

On low settings, 960m will push 120 fps.  970m is same.  I get at least 100 FPS on low low settings on a 960M.

960M is basically equivalent to a GTX 750 Ti in performance, so do your comparisons there I suppose.

I get sub-40 FPS with low settings in some fights which is really painfull.

This is what Speccy tells me;

sztywH2.jpg

I've been told that with a GTX960 I should get a solid 60fps on High, is any part of my PC too low-spec or something?

If so, any reccomendations?

I used Plastic but.. I'm kinda tired of it and want to play HAWKEN the regular way with my new GPU.

with a slight OC on GTX 750 and fx 6300 i get 89 FPS on low id recommend upgrading CPU and RAM Too low of a clock speed on RAM.  Dude that's some of the slowest RAM ive seen a phone has a high clock speed than that.

I would bet your CPU is the problem. UE3 is relatively cpu hungry and Hawken seems to hate AMD chips.

If you're comfortable doing so (and you have adequate cooling), try bumping the clocks up a bit and see if that gets you anywhere.

A Viscera chip will technically work with that motherboard (8320, 8350) as it has an am3+ socket, but there have been a lot of horror stories about running those chips on a 4+1 phase VRM setup. It will probably work as long as you pay attention to temps and keep the airflow in your case good, but I would get some little heat sinks like these and stick them to the VRM bricks with thermal paste to be sure.

FPS Butter

AMD Athlon x4 860k @4.0
Radeon R7 260X OC
FPS also butter

The point being, you do not need google brain to run Hawken. You just don't. There are some hefty claims that you need flagship products to make this game function.

Is it poorly optimized? Not poorly, it's just not well optimized. What's more? The R7 260X is a 7790 with higher core clock and ram clock. I was running this game butter smooth on a 7770 1GB and you can find those for under $100. The MSI R7 260X OC can be found for under $150. Will there be frame drops? Yes. It will drop on any card. Is it manageable on budget cards and CPUs? Yes. Very. You'll actually see far less variation because 60 dropping to 45 is always better than 120 dropping to 45.

It is quite probable you have a different opinion on what constitutes butter.

Not extremely sold on this one, especially if you run a 60hz monitor.

For you guys getting 60+ FPS with AMD FX CPUs are your frames consistent?

Cause I have a overclocked 8350 (4.2/4.8Ghz base/turbo respectively) along with 16GB or RAM and GTX 960 and it gets quite choppy for me during intense fights.

On the other hand I built a super budget machine for a co-worker around dual core Athlon II and a Radeon R7 260X (or something along those lines) and I feel as if that almost ran Hawken better.
