We put in a 5-kill buffer, so if you got just 45 kills we pushed you over to the magic 50.  Figured you might dig that ;)

 

What are you going to spend your 10k HC on, and did you like this sort of event?

Unfortunately I don't see my HC. :(

Pretty sure I was near 50 if not over 50 kills. :/

 

Next time we have an event like this (a very good idea btw), maybe add some kind of a kill tracker. At least, send us an email or something when we hit that threshhold. XD

Nothing because I have every mech unlocked 2-3 times over and 60...now 70k hc.

 

I like the idea of having more events like this though.

I like the event.  Maybe next time how about "crushing kills"  :)  Where you have to drop on top of a mech and get the kill.  That is much harder to do.

Nobody would get any rewards, unless they collaborated and boosted crushing kills.

I really liked the spirit of the event, but these are all I need until some new stuff is released.

If you don't see your HC, check again.  I found some jobs that had gotten hung up.  That and I expanded the criteria a little further, just so more could get in on the fun :)

Landing a holotaunt should deal some small amount of damage given how difficult it could be. Add it josh, you don't need a patch to add that.

I'm buying duplicates mech until I have seperate AC, TPG-ready, siege, joke, and main builds for each class. The event was awesome, please do more like it!

I have some duplicate mechs (different primary weapons and skin).  So I would like to save my HC for new mechs when they come.  Almost at 100K now.

I should have checked my kill count before and after sessions as my mental tally was pretty weak.

Only mech missing is the G2 Raider. I have more than enough HC (659K) in the bank to pick one up, but want to level up the regular Raider to get it.

 

Wish there was a way to donate some HC to new and needy Hawken souls out there to keep them in the game.

 

Love the consistent  promos Cap'n...I'm sure it gives new/ newer and all players a good feeling and good communication with the community on your part.

Before this was going on, World of Warships had a promotion where you had to spell PAXMARBLEHEAD by accumulating letters from the first letter of your kills.

 

While I'm not looking for anything THAT hard, something that would require me to be awake would be nice.

Halloween event: randomly distribute a "zombie" icon to ~20% of the player base. Killing someone with the zombie icon gives you a small HC bonus, and unlocks the icon for your victim. Every game you play until you are killed by a zombie (and thus unlock the icon) also gives some extra HC, as well as counts toward "survivor icons" that exist in tiers (survive 1 game, get and icon, survive 5, get another icon, etc). Zombie icons could also upgrade as you get kills with them equipped. Additionally, gold plated version of the icons could be purchased with MC.

 

OR:

 

Sentim/Prosk weeks. Using a mech specific to one of the factions for that week gives you some bonus HC.

 

I generally like the idea of event icons because they are relatively simple to produce.

Easy-schmeezy, who cares, it was a good, simple event, we need more like this.

I'd recommend unique user icons/avatars or even cosmetics/drones for such events, though, in the future. You know, so that "pros" could rub it in the face of "newbs" and be like, "HaHA, yeah, I was here for that thing. And you weren't. HA!"

And I know its not something you can easily do right now but special items would be awesome. HC credits is kinda like getting cash for a birthday present.

This is exactly why y'all should do more events like this. Those of us that have been around a while frankly don't give a fuzzy bunny about hc, but this kind of event probably helps player retention.
