I've created this thread for people to post the amount of hours they've played Hawken. Of course, this will differ between Steam/Hawken, because some people don't use the Steam launcher. And some have many different accounts. In which case, it is unfortunate, but they wont have an accurate number to post in this thread. Feel free to screenshot either your Steam hours, or your Hawken hours on said Hawken account. Or just post your hours, but a screenshot is preferred.

This isn't meant to be a contest. Just a thread for fuzzy bunnies and giggles. I surpassed 1000 hours recently, and I'm pretty darn proud of that.

 

Its also worth pointing out the obvious truth that Hawken has existed before it was brought onto Steam, so there are plenty of people with unaccounted hours. In which case, these people can feel as special as they want, but they're still encouraged to post their hours.

Steam thinks I've played 500 more hours than I actually have, and I went through and added up accounts for actual gameplay time.

that's cause steam counts all time that the program was open, and the hawk stats only count match time.

I received the "on the clock 4" achievement last week, signifying 500 hours in a match. the steam counter only shows how long that hawken is running.

I've been playing since late 2012 and I still can't claim a 4 digit number unless I count idle time with steam.

I managed to squander around 1500 hours afk or out of game, which makes no sense whatsoever IMO

As a point of reference, if a person works an average of 40 hours a week, for 52 weeks, that's 2080 hours. So anyone above this has been playing Hawken for longer than the average person works in a year. As an example. Merl has been playing for approximately 4 months (112.5 days, or 1/3 of a year).

according to the magical power that is the heroku app i've got just above 1010 hours

heroku lists me as 1200 as i expected cause couple year ago they lost a large portion of database on our time played/friend lists we didnt get back but steam seems accurate, why ever idle?
