I think it's way more fun to use them as 'bodies' to heal yourself with. :)

So you'd be able to go to the front line, put down a blockade, and heal people without the risk of getting shot?
Real question is will the red beam also go trough?

The beam not going through a shield is a really good thing. If it did it would be exploited.

I am not bias, this is purely a bad idea
The beam not going through a shield is a really good thing. If it did it would be exploited.
also... one more point, your team mates are tryna hide behind a blockade and the blockade is dying, you try to heal the blockade... beam goes straight through....

as for tech beams being able to contact each other... this could be interesting but again, i dont think its a good idea....
Healing turret mode manguard, other tech shows up puts his beam onto your beam and blocks your heals....
what does this achieve? merely feeds more troll players....imo... both ideas are well...

^I was making a Ghostbusters joke... then thought, "Oh, kinda cool! What if two techs on the SAME team did cross their repair and/or leach beams to make a 'mega-beam'?"
