I happened to get a very nice thank you for my heart felt and well thought out condolence letter btw,

I guess i managed to Articulate myself Decently

 

What else would someone say to that, "No, I didn't want it?" They certainly didn't say that, and don't think because you were articulate and nice granted you the thanks.  I'd be honestly a little creeped out. You don't refuse condolences, that's just socially inappropriate, just like posting people's Facebook public domain links without their permission and giving the family unwanted and inappropriate attention from the general public in regards to a very private sort of thing.  

 

I think creating all these shenanigans put the public limelight on this death and it's just not right. It's out of place, it's inappropriate.  Please don't send my family condolences if I die soon.  It's inappropriate.

 

Fine you can say what you want. I come from a generation that gave a rats butt about people. We knew who our neighbors where. We CARED who they were. We helped them when they were in trouble or needed help. Today's generation doesn't care. Is rude to everyone including their friends. They don't know who lives next to them and don't care. You think what you want and I'll think how it should be.

I guess the Hawken forums have finally devolved into calling people entitled little shits because we're trying to respect the privacy of a family when they'd rather force messages upon them at a rather inappropriate time.  

 

RIP Hawken forums and the "maturity" that was once held in such high esteem as a good community.  What a reputation you've made for yourselves now.  I literally used to hang out on the forums every day, now I hardly want to be here because of fuzzy bunnyng shitposts and shitposters like these.
