The weapon glitch has been a source of fun for hawkeners for a long while now. I understand that in rebuilding hte game this will be removed.
but please.
Could we get random weapon as a server option in private servers? A new weapon every time you die would be source of hours of entertainment and could keep War Wednesday afloat for like 3 more years.

Given that whatever update to Hawken the devs are making is fixing the database issue of locked weapons, this could very well be a possibility. The issue is coding means for it to be applied mid-game.
And somehow avoiding putting a goddamn SMC on my Vanguard that already has it.

LIKE THE GUN GAME IN COUNTER STRIKE!!! (classic hehe) ((Would make a nice game mode for the console version also)) (((more games modes = more replayability)))

A Hawken gun game would be a great way for noobs to get familiar with the weapons and also see whats they're up against with other players.
Pubstomping is a whole different strategic discussion, however, and usually just becomes an exploration of the ethics of dumpstering randos.
Why mech game make when you no mech game have you don't want to make?

Gotta make both the primary and secondary random and interchangeable.
Edit: Heck, what if everything was random, including items/internals, chasis, paint, and the mech itself.
