I'm sober (edit: until Christmas).

My espresso machine died last weekend (this will give away an alt ID to some of you...)

I ordered a new one. Better, even. It'll be here Friday. Come Saturday...

You all need to check-six :)

Seekers are for noobs, EOC repeater is for real 1337 (Emergency Overdose Caffeine)

Old: 2001 Gaggia Coffee Classic

New: QuickMill Anita Evo (a heat-exhange E-61 single boiler with a PID). I drink shots, not milk drinks. The new grinder is a Ceado E5P

I used to have a single boiler Lelit that I modded with a PID but I sold it. What are you doing with the Gaggia? I might be able to fix it up. I have an OE Pharos hand grinder that isn't getting much use. I miss making shots.

I pulled my first drinkable shot from the new machine. I think it was filled with citric acid from Chris' Coffee, and I don't know why - I had to run a full tank through it before it stopped being tart/bitter (just water!).

Time for some Hawken, Bishes.
