I make the best Hamburgers around --- with 150 g of pure beef, blue cheese, Red onions marinated in Red vinegar, hot pepper and a slice of apple :)

Sounds yummy   ..add a splash of guacamole and alfalfa sprouts on that for me. Hope the burgers are coming off the charcoal grill.

I'm primarily busy with real life (never thought I would be), and there's even less high-MMR players around than before.

Some people stopped playing entirely and the higher-ups aren't attending anymore either.

I think it's understandable the others stopped attending as well.

 Even with lower-MMR players like me.  I always thought the mentality of KDR was to bring everyone together, learning and advancing. If the KDR-elite doesn't appear anymore because they are bored in some way, I feel a bit like the "fifth wheel on a car".

It is totally understandable. But I need clarity about what is going on. It is a difference if a session happens with only eight players or if it is cancelled completely due to Clan members quitting the game for good. Because...

Everyone's busy with RL, that's just the way it is. It is my opinion, however, that you everyone should be able to plan is some free time every Sunday evening to play with friends. KDR has always said that your personal life comes first, and that's still the case. Missing a training every now and then is not a problem, but being a member of KDR does mean you need to try and join the practice sessions. It's a clan, after all.

 

Now, everyone get to the training this Sunday. We're gonna do a 4v4 MA format, so we need at least 8 people.

yup, that's the biggest thing, the server performance. Once it gets better, but more importantly, once [HWK] get the advertising in and tells everyone it's better, that's when EU, and Hawken as a whole, will stop losing players.

I enjoy your presence. Anytime, no matter if you stomp or not. So, if you want to play, I am open for duels with you anytime. Maybe not anytime, because my frustration tolerance depends on my daily motion, but anytime.... you know what I'm trying to say. 

 

I learned a lot during our matches. Even if I hate you for stomping me. That's life. A quote from Game of thrones: "If you spend your life trying to be the most loved person around, you'll only end up being the most loved person on the graveyard." 

 

Just say, if you want to play.

Tonight's a huge birthday party of one of my best friends, so I'm going to be super hungover. You have been warned!

 

Anyway, just like many other KDR pilots', my life has gotten very busy as well.

Just three days ago (during the London trip) a University in Austria messaged me that I have passed the admission exam for Psychology there. (yay)

While this is great news, the study also starts quite soon and I still have to find a place to live there.

 

Speaking of which, tomorrow will probably be my last training session for a while, because I won't be able to take my main PC with me in the beginning.

I will be active on streams and the forums anyway, though. :)

 

Concerning youtube this also means that unfortunately I will not be able to release the video guide on items and internals (for which audio is already recorded) and the fourth part of the game mode series (Siege) anytime soon.
