For the love of what gods remain, please, please, PLEASE provide evidence. 

 

I can't stress this enough. I've added everything I can even remotely consider a viable bug report to the documentation, but the fact of the matter is that a lot of it is unactionable.

 

Let me be clear - every single bug report is welcomed, hands down.

 

But without screenshots, videos, or dumps there is little that the devs can do if they don't get lucky and randomly reproduce your bug. Your format is functionally irrelevant because it has to be reformatted anyways, just please provide evidence (and cut the editorialisation as much as possible please (because if you don't I will)).

i would appreciate advice as to where to locate a graphics or whatever file dump i should go looking for, once i get booted back up. as this is complete gpu freeze, OBS doesn't catch anything for vid evidence, however i can 3-finger it to the reboot menu so i should be able to find a file upon logout/login.  i did get the old gray frame that kept popping up after the ascension update, until ADH fixed the legacy DX9 related drivers dependency issue for AMD gpus (aka the Green Eyeball patch), but it only appeared once.  cold dead reboot fixed that.

They should be here, for Hawken. If the game is crashing Windows, I can't remember where those are, but a Google should find them.

Amid's helping out by moving our bugs from our threads here to a point the devs can ingest them more easily.

 

We should do our part to make it easier for Amid to help us help the devs.

 

Screen cap if you can, vid if you must, log trace or other record if available.

Why is the video defaulting to low settings? Is this to play with console games? Or is it a general hate issue with AMD video cards? Cards R9 380 game will not allow me to use my old 1920 by 1280 settings

 

Will I found out why. Seems the pc mouse is now only good on the upper half of the screen. So I could not hit the apply button or even see it when i changed the video.  So another bug for you.
