Cell Phone is a cockpit decoration, under cosmetics/cockpit. You equip it and be distracted by cool Hawken deco goodness.

 

I don't know that it *always* does anything, this is the second month it's existed on PC.

I've  already collected a free Brawler to go with the one in my garage.  So if I keep logging in every day I can eventually fill my garage to the rafters with a plethora of Brawlers!  Then if I get a bunch of different colored skins I can have Brawlers in every color to match my socks!  Hooray!

 

The proceeding statement was mild sarcasm.  I don't really want a bunch of repeats of one mech.

yes it finally cleared and started over.
