Armor/Components with stats would be interesting. I have always been a fan of the Armored Core franchise, and still pray to this day, they make something akin to Hawken, until that day comes, I'll keep playing hawken, BUT until then, the devs have a kick @** game they can look at and go hey! This **** looks great, what can we make "Like" it, but still have it ours_

(english limitations)
Here are some "new" equipment suggestions i would appreciate see on this mech tech wonder:

- Flamethrower Turret: Causes a good damage and heat increase, short range (use indoor ^^)

- Spin Pistons (internals): Allows heavy Turret-mode mechs give a 180º turn (it still can't thrust, only a little more agility on rear defense sometimes)

- Extended batteries (internals): Increase the duration of deployable items, as long these are not broken.

- Reinforced roof (didnt get a better name =D): Some resistence against stomps

Next suggestion maybe fits better as a mech feature, or a specific weapon feature, but here it goes:

- Intelligent Targeting System:

Enhanced aiming system for rapid-gunfire weapons, in which the reticle paces around a (not so large) area on HUD when keep pressed firing mechanism scanning for targets (little similar to the Hellfire system, but the pilot must keep the camera on it all the time) and the weapon fires on that point, with a limited tracking movement and the proper precision modifiers. When multiple targets are on the area, the closest target has priority.
The system mechanics can be improved here, but keep the concept...
it has pros and cons: easier targeting, but weapon cant fire until "locked"


Still waiting for the 4-leg mechs (yes, please) ^^

- Signature Supressor (internals): Reduces the external signature of the mech, thus its signal does not appears on HUD, although it can be seen by radar and vision, and can be locked. (useful for snipers hehehe)

- False Signal Emitter (internals): Sends a conflictant signal for the sensors of mechs, giving a false icon (and maybe a false armor status bar) on the HUD each time the mech enters a visual field, or it can oscilate with time.

Singularity grenade - little/no damage but pulls mechs toward it

Would be great for team play by allowing your explosive allies to utilize splash more effectively
Also to pull out mechs hiding around corners



Some sort of damage over time weapon would be nice.  An acid or variant of the hawken virus could be lore acceptable

In my view, a thing like a Singularity Grenade is a too ultra-high-tech device, and diverts from the technological line of Hawken, that is turned to military heavy gear, bordering our own actual technology, with a sci-fi approach. May have some way to include that mechanics effect with another concept (whatever be it)

Nice idea of the damage over time weapon, maybe including some heat effect (flamethrowers, napalm, etc)

Smoke bomb-  Hides the pilot from sight, reveals cloaked mechs, and prevents missile attacks.




This would be great for escape, close combat, distractions, and can prevent you from being attacked by snipers.

One defining aspect of Hawken is the unique movement & a modifier could be interesting.  Something to push, pull or anchor would be a new variable
