First up, please be sure to file a ticket with support (click the word "SUPPORT" at the very top of this screen or "Report Bug" in-game) and give us as much info as possible about your machine and the error you're encountering.

Second, the only reason you will need to uninstall and reinstall HAWKEN is if you're getting the "You are not authorized to play this version of HAWKEN" error message. Otherwise, you have the correct version.

Third, Some players are receiving a missing .dll error. This is the result of one .dll not being properly installed. We are investigating the cause of this. The current work-around is to re-install the UE3Redist.exe, which can be found in your directory path usually:

->C:\Program Files (x86)\MeteorEntertainment\Hawken\InstalledHawkenFiles\Binaries\Redist

If you're having trouble finding other players, well let's all get out there and start hunting!

have not had fun with this test  game runs for about 3 min and kicks me to dt  ...out of virt mem...i have done all i can to free up sis and or uninstall re install..to no avail.. gf gtx480 win 32 bit 4 gig ram ..

I instal game click to launch after that sing in my bat it is still telling me syncing account and nothing do

I did reinstall it and its working fine, but since the start of event 3, its seem no1 is playing _!_

is it a install/reinstall problem _ weird

WINDOWS ALU causes the problem go to (C:Program Files (x86)MeteorEntertainmentHawkenInstaledHakenFiles) copy a short cut of the Hawken Launcher to your desk top. and run it from there. when WINDOWS prompts you to allow the install accept it.

ok it isnt working for me my computer is a tiny bit slow but in Hawken i can barely move my mouse! please help me on this is there anything that i qould need to change_

Hi! ive been playing for over 6 months and now, i have the same message. i don't know why its not working but i hope they fix it soon.

Closed Beta is over, that's why it's not working.

They'll fix it in about five days when Open Beta launches.

Please use the search function. This information is easily available.
