I'm not sure if there is any notification on the hud or in game, besides the voice for the "Help Requested" key.

What kind of way, if any, should be implemented to show players that a specific player is requesting help_

A white circle flashes around the team mate requesting help on the HUD, its not very obvious though as you say.

IIRC, it's shown on radar as well.

I like this tactical ping/marker, pretty useful; IMHO.

I would like a similar marker/function as the "enemy sighted" marker.

Yes, so would I.  Ironically, the target sighted overlay actually prevents me from seeing the target.  Genius.  ;)

Yes please, increase the visilibily of the help required.

Maybe not as much as you have increased the visibility of the enemy sighted but you get the idea ;)

Click me! I dare you.

That's why I suggested adding transparency to all these assets. ;)

I'd vote for a ''exclamation mark'' above instead of big circles covering the actual enemy.  ''!''

that's a good possibility as well. But the color of the ! symbol should be very visible in all maps. Maybe into a globe..

Only if it comes with this sound effect.

Whats the point_ people react only on "enemy sighted" anyway.
Want help_ mark enemy sighted under your feet, help request is pointless.
