Well after purchasing the Assualt mech, I happened to name it Milla due to the fact I'm in a JRPG craze right now and Tales of Xillia being at the front with so far this mech serving me very well.  On a small note I like how the mechs in this game look like peices of junk as it makes them feel that much more special, giving it kind of a building from scratch feel

Videoton was a Hungarian TV Brand.

Kerecsen [pronunciation: Kerechen] is an ancient Hungarian forename and also the name of Saker Falcon which is the national bird of Hungary, known as Turul in the Hungarian mythology. The Turul became a symbol of power, strength, and nobility, and it is still used today on the coat of arms of the Hungarian Army.

40M Turán I was a Hungarian tank of World War II. It was based on the design of the Czechoslovak Škoda T-21 medium tank prototype.

Miklós Toldi was a Hungarian knight, who is remembered as a legendary strong hero in Hungarian folklore. Hungarian poet János Arany based his famous Toldi trilogy on his legend.

I do not own these mechs yet but I already named them:

It also means that someone is angry. Ancient popular belief was that the witches in the wind and the whirlwind are hitting people.

Pál Kinizsi was a Hungarian general, legendary commoner commander in the army of king Matthias Corvinus.

Árpád was the second Grand Prince of the Hungarians. Under his rule the Hungarian people settled in the Carpathian basin. The dynasty descending from him ruled the Principality of Hungary and later the Kingdom of Hungary until 1301.

Lehel was a Hungarian chieftain, one of the brilliant military leaders of prince Taksony of Hungary, the descendant of Árpád. He was one of the most important figures of the Hungarian invasions of Europe. During his military campaigns, he managed to threaten much of Western Europe, therefore it was a common saying at that time: "A sagittis Hungarorum, libera nos Domine" (Lord, save us from the arrows of the Hungarians"). Edit: It is also a name of an old fridge brand.

I use primarily names inspired by current military hardware or Norse gods, coupled with a prefix based on the original designation of the mech.

So, for example, the description for the ROCKETEER chassis says, "The H2 Domoff, also known as 'The Dog', is the oldest Type-C Heavy model currently in production." From this, I named my ROCKETEER "H2-D JAVELIN", taking the H2-D from H2 Domoff and JAVELIN from the US Javelin anti-tank missile system, because the mech is a missile boat.

Likewise, the description for the INFILTRATOR chassis states, "The L5 Boot, frequently found on Infiltrators, was the first prototype light walker ever created." So I designated my INFILTRATOR the "L5-B LOKI", taking the L5-B from L5 Boot and LOKI from the Norse trickster god, because of it's ability to cloak itself and the hologram projector I equiped it with.

My BRAWLER I named the "H1-H THOR" because it's flak cannon made me think of thunder, my SHARPSHOOTER is named the "M4-R LONGBOW" because sniper...longbow...it's not rocket science, my CR-T RECRUIT I changed to "CR-T CENTURION" because it seems like your primary frontline footsoldier mech, and my BRUISER I changed to "M2-H ODIN" mainly because I just think Odin sounds badass and it fits with the Norse god naming structure I've got going on.
