That's over 1/8th of the HC i got for Vanguard.

It's nice to see you guys made the Mechs themselves a bit cheaper, but some of the prices for turrets and such are INSANE.

One reason I justified paying in was because through closed beta, prices were at least somewhat REASONABLE.

Expensive is one thing, but some of this is just a one way ticket to me not buying any more MC, EVER.

It's camo that makes you MORE visible. Purely cosmetic. It has no bearing on the game whatsoever aside from what marshalade said: it's a symbol that you have the money to invest in that kind of dumb thing.  Status symbol.

I'm confused as to why people are getting their panties in a bunch about it.

That's my point. It's a skin. It doesn't effect how you play AT ALL. And last I checked league was doing pretty well.  If you want to pay $10 for a skin good for you. If you don't, go without it, you won't be any worse for the wear.  

As for the internals and items, I'll quote my post in the other thread:

I was actually going to bring up the same thing. When comparing the pricing of the various skins we have available to us to the pricing of the champion skins in LoL, we seem to actually pretty good in the grand scheme of things.

Well, i stand corrected, for BF.
Haven't seen that sort of thing in COD yet, but seeing as Sucktivision usually isn't far behind EA in moneysuck it'll probably not be far behind...
Then again i've read things about COD going P2P entirely.

This is exactly why i don't buy COD or BF games.

Skins like these are for people that really want them and have the money to blow on it.

even though they do it in other games Id love it if they were to break the norm of overpriced skins
I use to spend a lot more when things were cheaper in other games but when prices went up I just stopped all together
I think it would be fine if they made things a bit cheaper
I wouldnt mind spening 10 $ if I can buy 2 or 3 items here and there
rather than $10 for 1 thing and this is just personal ofcourse
