I have yet to receive an email with the code either.

I am hoping that I did not miss it, because I found out that my confirmation for changing my email address did not go through the first time, and I only fixed it a couple days ago.

Had the same issue; no email with teh code. I just contacted their customer service, let them know of the email associated with my comixology accont, and they hooked me up in a couple of days. It may have had something to do with opting out of their mailing / spam list.

I actually contacted Comixology support too, and a week later... STILL NO CODE!

When you signed up you had to "accept further communications from comiXology" or you would never receive the code. If you did not "accept further communications from comiXology" when you signed up, you have the chance to change those preferences on your comiXology profile at which point you would be eligible for the code. If you did NOT change your preferences to  "accept further communications from comiXology" you will never hear back from them.
