I didn't receive it as well, and allowed them to send me whatever they want. No, email is not in the trash file, before you ask.
But... NP. I'm doing good with completely stock Fred. I've got enough credits to buy another 2 mechs or equip the TV, but you know what_ Let's get them without this PITA EMP or whatever.

Your account was created after December so the free 5000 HC was already added to your account when you started.  All of us that started open beta began with 0 HC.

If you want more free hawken credits, please search the forums for them as I feel I should let you earn them instead of just giving you the info outright.
