Yup yup! There was a small patch on the 14th and the issue is now resolved. For me anyway. Hopefully no one is still having this problem.

I also have this problem, 100% of the time in any mode after I die, in the exact manner the OP described it.

I'll try tonight with the hotfix to see if it's resolved.
