I feed Godzilla a high iron diet for a week, then load him into a giant railgun and fire him at Mothra. The ensuing explosion can be seen from Neptune.

The alien turns out to be allergic to the number 0.00000000000000000000000042. It becomes ill and flies back to its home planet to recuperate. Once it returns to out solar system, it uses its amazing alien technology to rebuild Neptune, just so that it can destroy it again for causing all this trouble. Unseen by the alien, a small amount of Neptune's atmosphere gets into its ship's engines. This causes a chain reaction that sends the alien back in time to just before this game started, returning it to full health.

Although none of this makes any sense, and could not have possibly happened due to Neptune being a gas giant. Therefore a piece of the planet could never hit the alien on the head, and none of this is actually possible. This, combined with the time travel, causes the Universe to cease to exist in a massive inverted time-splosion.
