UPDATE 8: Good afternoon, pilots. Servers are accessible but you may experience difficulty logging in. We're continuing to work on stability issues. Expect more updates and service improvements as the day progresses.
Also, our Currency page will continue to be kept offline until the instability is resolved.
UPDATE 7: We've restarted the servers to increase their stability after detecting a difficult-to-troubleshoot bug in our platform services. In the interest of letting the team get some sleep, we're adding more capacity to offset this issue and will continue investigating the cause first thing in the morning.
Players may find they are able to connect and play normally at this point. If you are not, know that we aren't done stabilizing our services. Thanks once more for your understanding and we'll have another update in 7-8 hours.
UPDATE 6: The team is working into the night to bring the servers back online. We're identifying the root cause of the crashes.
UPDATE 5: The servers are up and the Technician Update is live. Thank you for your patience!
UPDATE 4: This is rare, pilots, but we're going to have to extend the outage without an estimate for now. We're just as bummed as you are and will be determining how to keep it from happening again in the future. Our team is working past office hours to bring you the Technician Update as quickly as possible. We'll continue to update this thread, the server status bar, and our social media channels with new communications.

UPDATE 3: Rather than wait up until the outage horizon, we're estimating a new finish time of 7:00 PM PDT (GMT-7) after talking with the team. We're taking notes on how to better estimate outages moving forward and thank you for your understanding.
UPDATE 2: You guys are being fantastically patient! We do need to extend the outage to 6:30 PM PDT (GMT-7) in order to finish uploading the second patch built to address the login issue. This delay is to make sure you don't accidentally download a dud (read: fragmented, partial) patch. Hang in there!
UPDATE: Today's outage will be extended by 30 minutes to address a login issue players are experiencing. A second patch will be available when the outage lifts at about 5:30 PM PDT (GMT-7).
Attention, pilots!
The HAWKEN servers will be unavailable at 2:00 PM PDT (GMT-7) on April 18 to introduce the Technician Update. This outage will also correct an issue where XP and HC Boost timers expired at the incorrect time. The servers will be accessible again by 5:00 PM.
