So i just downloaded this game for the first time at about 100-200 kb/s(took a lonnngggg time to download)... annnddd the servers are down

Very strange Scapes, the update isn't here yet, so I logged on assuming it would be on later. I try joining a few matches of Siege, Team DM, Missile Assault, and Deathmatch. No servers seemed to be available, so I went to the server browser. According to that, there is no pilot on, and no servers to even join. What's going on here_ Is my Hawken just not updating_ Can you please help me out with this_

Okay, so I see that it isn't just me who is having this problem with Hawken.

The patch isn't all the way through yet, patience. It'll be all the way here within the next couple hours.

They have listed the time they will be back up as 5 Pm Pacific time, which is another hour and 40 minutes. Take the time to look at the patch notes and get excited for the changes!

Strange how I said none of those words.

When we announce a game update outage, it means the patch is ready to ship barring any surprises. This morning we found a surprise but managed to address it without changing the outage window.

Ok sense nobody seems to understand the passage of time. There is 1 hour 20 minutes until the scheduled patch is over. That would be 5pm for people on the West Coast and 8pm for those of us on the East Coast. C'mon guys use those fingers.

Hah, okay, now I understand why it isn't working. Thanks, but I did try logging on again, and now there is just a green checkered box with a question mark in it noted, "Technician". I find this quite pleasing that they changed the model design just before the patch. I believe this new question mark shaped design will provide excellent aerodynamic features.
