*shrug* Sure if you have the numbers to support it (A few peeps) make it clans do not have to be large to have a impact however and my advice to you is never to get too big on numbers.. and more on the spirit of your clan if you do not make a new clan consider joining the many great clans on the list.I just picked one at random and it was BSB and I am happy... but there are several other fun groups so... ya... I am a tree...
May the unskilled become the most skilled. May the skilled remain the most skilled. Let the newest players have the most fun, and the most skilled have none. Let the skilled have fun, while the new have none. The unskilled maybe the most skilled if you let them be. The skilled may be the most killed if the world allows that. RAISINS!

If you wanted, you could form a group for girls, and if they are in a clan they still can join. Just have a special group for the ladies on the side from the regular clans, that way you get the best of both worlds. Also I don't think this would have to be a conflict of interest either because this could be the exception to the rule. I.e. treat it as a club and not a clan.

because bow ties are cool

The_Silencer supports this initiative for an all female Clan/Club in Hawken. ;)

What was it about people on the internet openly declaring their femininity again_
Oh yeah! They're usually 40 year old p*ceeensoooreeed* [...] using blade shears to shave.
No offense!

I'm not surprised seeing the majority of people wishing to join such clan are actually males...

That would turn your initiative into a Dominatrixs Clan, modality which I would no longer approve.

yes, yes, yes, yes, clan support ladies, if, of course I have, I've played with ladies in the game and are very good, despite what many would think q is a duck in the air, are good and I would like that they are organized in a clan and because they occasionally make a war of sexes in the game, I feel super, have my okay, and certainly the ones I want to add in the game can do , that if I get a chat to identify them.

Greetings to all and welcome aboard ladies, see you on the battlefield :D

The idea is interesting but I personally am not into clans/clubs that exclude people in any way.  Still though, take a crack at it and I wish you lots of luck :).  Anything that encourages more female HAWKEN players to step onto the battlefield makes me a happy camper.

I think the largest problem you would run into is that a lot of the known female Hawken players are already in Clans. Poetess and myself are in Steel Killers. :3

Technically you are a female cat but that's just semantics of course!

It's not about excluding ppl in anyway, but y'know once in a while it would be extremely fun to show what a bunch of gals can do in team against some of the loudmouth guys if you know what I'm sayin'. ;]
(But ofc I love all of my current fellow BSB teammates. ^w^)

I for one support female clans. I'm surprised I don't run into more female players on the battlefield but then again it depends on which server I end up in.

I've mostly tried to stay out of this topic, but bro... that's my woman you've implied talking fuzzy bunny too. Take it easy, bud.

Since I have now entered into this topic, I guess I will post something in relation to it: I originally was the one who gave her the idea in the first place, but upon reading all of this, I hadn't thought about it being unnecessarily feminist. I think as long as it doesn't become all about sex inequality, it's all good, yeah_

I gotta say LovelyRita and SargeantPepper sound like the names of an awesome dynamic duo :D.  It's great to see a couple share quality time with each other even in the realm of gaming.

Anyways, as I was saying earlier, usually clans with these kind of themes are just fine.  It's just not my cup of tea is all.  And while I did say I wanted to avoid clubs that exclude the Female Fight Club LovelyRita brought up in this thread or another one sounds mighty tempting!  You'd make easy work of me though.  I'm a terrible duelist.  The BSB Fight Club can attest to that.  But hey, if you're gonna fail, fail in style...which is what I do!

Ah thanks! We're coming up in a week or so on our wedding anniversary. 1 year (so we don't hate each other yet, haha). I think our shared Beatlemania is obvious.

She's never done anything like this. She approached me and asked me if I have ever started a group or clan, and I told her yeah and roughly what it entails. We don't have a wireless mic yet (bills come first) and our headset doesn't work with our living room tv/computer set up, but yeah... I think she just feels overwhelmed at the idea.

That being said, I would like to clarify that she never said she was making this group for sure, but is more calculating the logistics of it all. That also being said, I think she wants too, she's just not ready.

But what the hell, I'm not a mind reader, let her elaborate.

Also, Confession Time:

I'm always a bit tickled when dudes are like "Is that a girl_ :0 woooaahaohoahoahaoha_!"  It doesn't happen a lot, but it's usually a good opportunity to be silly and makes me feel a bit special.   XD
