Nah, he won't be doing it without any sort of cool down or heavy penalty if you spam the fuzzy bunny out of the weaponries.  If anything he'll be very vulnerable when it comes to ranged firefights D:

If that's too much, I'll be happy with melee backstab kill or last hit kill with a melee with a really bad ass animation :]

Well, since I saw the contest was wondering if any "country" can participate. Maybe I should read what is behind that "registration wall" and maybe there is my answer but, would love to have some more details in that specific subject. Thanks in advance ^^

I'm not entirely sure that's his art, and it definitely wasn't created for this contest. It was concept art created by a Jake Parker in 2012.

I emailed them the same question, its open to other countries.

I draw a lot of Hawken-based art. Too bad I don't have a scanner and my camera can't take any good pictures, no matter how steady my hands are. If only my talent can be applied to digital art too.

Do you have a copy shop or something near you_

I know where I live, Staples, Kinkos and several local copy shops allow people to scan things using their equipment and stick it on a USB drive for a minimal fee (the local one I frequent will actually do it for free).

I had the same problem and I emailed their customer service. Looks like it was an issue on their back end. Its fixed now. Looks like there are 3 submissions. Wow, yours is beautiful!

And.. can i desing this in a paper and then upload that_
or i must do it in some program like photoshop_
