See at the top it's got a red part with text saying that Hawken services will be unavailable on 9/9/13_ Until that changes to something like "The Servers are live", you won't be able to play.

Sometimes I wish I worked there, with you guys. I bet there is an extremely high level of camaraderie. We're a family at my office (doing architecture), but we work for a few clients at a time, not thousands or potentially millions of clients. I work well under pressure, but damn you guys are under pressure. Anxiously waiting to dive back in!

sircannonfodder, thank you for pointing that out.  Although the time stated had passed with no actual eta on completion so as i begin to login i cannot tell if i'm having an individual issue or the servers are still down.  Though i do appreciate you being condescending.

or do we have to download a complete new build_

I think it might be useful to a lot of people in this Alpha Stage as I had to go to reddit to hack the game to support the rift in the community play test build

Servers must be pretty overloaded right now. I normally get at least 12 MB/s download speeds for these patches, but it's barely even 300 KB/s at the moment.
