Greetings pilots!

 

On Thursday, April 3 we're going to be implementing a minor updating containing several bug fixes. Among the bugs squashed were the problems with hovering and issues with Squad Match connections. 


  • "Score per minute" is now more accurate and does not take transferred XP into account
  • The EMP and ISM Disruptor will now correctly shut off all visor indicators
  • Players will no longer be placed into regular servers when searching for a Squad Match
  • Mech hovering now functions properly
  • 2 players are now required to start a Deathmatch game
  • The 20% off tag now displays correctly in the Market
  • The text "More Players Need to Ready-Up" is now properly shown in the Squad Match lobby
  • Fixed a bug allowing Co-Op matches to start without any players

Time and estimated length of outage or is this a "hotfix" requiring no downtime_

It is not a bug when it is an intended feature.

Its not a bug, its intentional. Its definitely not the best way of handing balance, but its working as intended.

i think hes referring to the fact that you'll be actually removed from the party when switching sides. not that parties shoudlnt be able to be split up.

ideally if i get split from my party id like to stay in the "chat" party and preferably also put on the same team in the next game.

the same thing happens when leaving a lobby to change game modes or something. it makes you leave for the party and then the party has to be re-created. i get why this happens in some cases. if the party leader leaves a game in progress id be anonyed to leave "with him".

but inbetween matches i typically want the party to stay together.

I know that players have to be removed from the party to be put on different teams (and I also mentioned that in my thread). However, the players are unable to form a party again unless they leave the server and that's something that should be changed (imo). After talking to a dev I made some suggestions on how to improve the current situation of splitting up parties.

Will you guys be working on the matching making auto win/lose thing_ I hate logging into the game for the first time then que up then get sent to a game that has 4 seconds left and it's an instant lost (sometimes instant win).

It wouldn't be a problem but from what I've noticed last I check, was the Lost counts. This makes me not want to play. Starts my night off bad already getting an L.

Please lockdown matches with like just 2mins left in the game. Or make it that whoever joins last 2mins or so, W or L doesn't count to their stats.
