Greetings pilots!

The HAWKEN original soundtrack is now available for purchase! Ali Bavarian and Shadi Muklashy (a.k.a Paper Sound) spent many late nights over the last two years to make this all come together and are excited to share it with everyone. You can listen to the entire album on Bandcamp, and the 19-track, high-quality digital download is available for $5 - including a few previously unreleased tracks.

Visit Paper Sound's Bandcamp page to purchase the your copy!

Because games do this now... I would be surprised if they didn't put it there as well.

Quite a lot of game soundtracks can be bought on Steam; Binding of Isaac is one example.

Why not_ Some people still have money in their Steam wallet and want to get rid of it (lol).

Also: More people will see it if it's available on Steam and that means that there will be more people who'll buy it.

To me it seems extraneous to buy music through steam that'll drop the files way down through its file directories when you could just go directly to the bandcamp site and get the uncompressed/whatever format you want files right then and there. Bandcamp also takes about half as much of a percentage from each digital sale as valve does, so there's that.

Are you going to completely ignore the rest of my post_  In my opinion more people overall would see it and maybe buy it if it's available on multiple platforms.

Just listened to the whole thing and I gotta say I have been missing out. I play my own music in game so I have probably only heard 1 or 2 of these songs before. Anyway this is some great work!

Seems like most of it is not used in the game, but in the various trailers and mech preview videos.

I would like to point out that Steam isn't a place I would Download music from cause it comes at a price, you have to buy the game to get the OST. That is just a bit ridiculous and otherwise, waste of time. I would rather get music is from either from the game's website or from the music providers, cause they are the ones that provide the music. Also Gabe Newell does not need more money, seriously, Steam is not the place for Game Soundtracks.

Steam is actually doing a music beta at this moment, where you can download and buy music through the Steam client, and have it play through it as well.

Ahaha oh man, if this were on Steam I would totally blow my trading card money on it.

Get money for spending money, get music with money that you got for spending money.

It's like a stimulus package for my ears!

Steam will add a seperate musci store in the future if I'm not mistaken. You might want to add it there.
