You can contact your ISP and ask if they block ports from that 7777-7797 port range.
Do you use a dedicated network card_ Maybe a "Killer NIC" network card_
You can also try these solutions: http://steamcommunit...49191386284415/ . These are the common solutions for launch issues but I remember that they helped someone with connection problems as well.

The fact that you could connect for a bit, but then not a again would seem to be related to your network. You could try using another network, like a friends house that's on a different ISP.
