I have stomped Rocketeers easily, just hover over them and Alpha strike. Hardly one of the hardest classes. The type A's arer the hardest to keep a bead on, they move so fast.

I'm hard-pressed to think of any AA in the game where I don't have a way to escape from Rocketeers.
